Is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and holds a Bachelor's degree from Cleveland State University. He has been a full time inspector since 1996. Arthur has over 10 years experience in residential framing, electrical, and plumbing. He has attended numerous ASHI approved courses on the theory and practice of home inspections. |

Charles Hayes |
Is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, and a graduate of Wheeling College and Georgetown University. He is a native of Washington D.C. and is fluent in Spanish. He has built over 150 single family homes in the Washington D.C. area. Charles has been a full time inspector since 1989. |

Gary Mummert |
Is an associate member of the National Association of Home Inspectors, and a graduate of Millersville State College, also holding a Masters degree from Central Michigan University. He has many years experience as a construction superintendent for single family and multi-family renovations and new construction in the Washington D.C. area. Semi-retired, he is available for condo / coop inspections and other consultations as agreed in advance. Gary has been a full time home inspector since 1992. |

Rubén Díaz |
Is an Associate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is a bi-lingual inspector (Spanish/English) and has successfully completed training at the Inspection Training Associates School for Home Inspectors. Additionally, Ruben has had one year of field training at Faro Systems, Inc. He has conducted over 300 inspections and assisted in numerous other inspections with Faro inspectors. |
